The semi-annual Sephora sale is always eagerly awaited for beauty lovers. Here are the details of the spring sale and a few recommendations I think are worth checking out.
This post contains affiliate links. So if you make a purchase using my link, I’ll receive a small commission at no additional cost to you.
The Sephora sale is open to all of Sephora’s Beauty Insiders. The Beauty Insider is a free program for shoppers to earn points, coupons, and freebies for shopping at Sephora.
When you can shop the sale, and how much of a discount you earn is based on the amount of points you have (aka the amount of money you have spent at Sephora).
When you first join the Beauty Insider Program your status is “Beauty Insider” and for the sale you will receive 10% off.
Once you spend $350, you become a “VIB”. For the sale you will receive 15% off.
Finally if you spend $1000, you are a “Rouge” member and will receive 20% off items during the sale.
I know these discounts probably sound small, but high end beauty rarely goes on sale!
Rouge Members will have early access to the Sephora sale and will be able to shop 4/9 – 4/19. VIB Members can shop 4/13 – 4/19. Beauty Insiders will be able to shop the sale from 4/15 – 4/19.
If you are shopping online make sure to use code OMGSPRING to get your discount!

Let’s move onto my recommendations and the items I’m considering during this sale.
Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush: I picked up the Rare Beauty Liquid Blush in Grace during the November Sephora sale, and I’m really glad I did. A little goes a long way with these to achieve a beautiful flushed look.
Ilia Beauty: I’ve been testing out a few products from Ilia over the last few months. If you are unfamiliar with the brand they are a luxury clean beauty brand. I would recommend their Liquid Powder Chromatic Eye Tint for an easy eye look, the Color Haze Multi-Use Pigment for a monochromatic face, and the Balmy Gloss Tinted Lip Oil for a comfortable touch of color (I like the shade Maybe Violet).
Urban Decay Eyeshadows: I know some people are over the Naked palettes, though I still think they are a great addition to any makeup collection. Depending on the color variety you get, the looks you can achieve range from everyday neutrals, to more of a colorful pop. I currently have the Naked Honey palette, and I’ve had my eye on Naked Ultraviolet and the newest release, Naked Wild West.
Bare Minerals Gen Nude Blonzer: The “Blonzer” is a new product to the Bare Minerals line. It is meant to be a combination of a blush and bronzer. I recently purchased this product and I think it gives such a pretty sun kissed glow. It’s definitely more blush than bronzer, and I think it’s great for easy makeup days.
Nars Laguna Bronzer: Such a classic, but classics are that for a reason. The Nars Laguna bronzer gives a beautiful sunny glow.
The Inkey List Oat Cleansing Balm: I started double cleansing a while back and it has made such a difference in my skin. I’ve been using this cleansing balm for a few months now. It is super affordable as is, and I like that it’s in a tube, versus a jar like many cleansing balms. It just makes it a little more simple to use.
Fresh Sugar Lip Balms: Definitely a splurge for a lip balm, however, these are such a treat. I tried the original stick formula years ago and just recently picked up the potted formula in Caramel. Very hydrating, and some include a tint and SPF!
Jouer Blushes: Jouer is a brand that doesn’t get mentioned a lot, but they really have some beautiful products. I’ve loved their blushes since I tried them a couple of years ago. They have great pigmentation and last throughout the day!
Charlotte Tilbury Lipstick: I have the cult favorite shade of Charlotte’s Matte Revolution lipstick in Pillow Talk, which truthfully I don’t love on me, but the formula is SO GOOD. I’m definitely interested in trying out a shade that is more me.

More Rare Beauty: I’m especially interested in trying Rare Beauty’s Stay Vulnerable collection; their newest release of monochromic blushes, liquid shadows, and lip glosses.
Bobbi Brown Corrector: I’ve been looking for an under eye corrector, and I think the Bobbi Brown Corrector is the one for me. I love that it comes in 12 shades as even our dark circles vary by skin tone.
Tower 28 Glosses: I’ve heard so many great things about these glosses and they’re only $14!
LYS Beauty: LYS Beauty is a newer brand to Sephora and is an inclusive, clean beauty brand with more affordable prices. So much of the line has been sold out since launch, so if I can get my hands on it I’d like to try the foundation or cream blush.
Kaja Eyeshadow: I’ve had my eye on the Kaja Bento eyeshadows for a while. They’re cute, compact, and look to have the most beautiful shimmers!
Huda Mercury Retrograde palette: Honestly this may get pushed to the next sale for me. Its pricy! I just can’t get over the beautiful mix of colorful and neutral shadows in this palette.
