I’ve been a fan of Colourpop makeup for a while now. The products are nice quality and much more on the affordable side. I also love that they make everything in the US in small batches.
Colourpop has done a few collaborations now with Disney. Of course I’m a sucker for anything Disney and throw pretty makeup into the mix, I’m sold.
Today I have a few products I’ve picked up from the most recent Disney collaborations: Midnight Masquerade and Frozen 2.

Elsa eyeshadow palette
The Frozen 2 collection includes an eyeshadow palette for each of the Frozen sisters. Even though Anna is my fave, the Elsa palette suited me much more. It has a cooler tone overall, though there are a few warm toned shadows in the palette. Anna’s palette is totally warm toned, which I don’t think works that well for my skin.
A really simple and pretty look I’ve enjoyed doing with the Elsa palette is using the shade Fire in my crease and Northern Lights, which is a rose gold shimmer, all over the lid. It’s neutral with some sparkle, so it’s great for a lot of occasions.

Horse and Carriage highlighter
Horse and Carriage from the Midnight Masquerade collection is a pretty champagne highlighter. I’m always searching for the perfect highlighter, I guess I’m kind of going for that “blinding” look. This one is quite buildable, and is a really pretty everyday highlight.
Flynn lux liquid lip
I really love the feel of this liquid lipstick. It goes on really smoothly and is not drying at all. The shade Flynn is a rosy tone and fairly neutral for everyday.
There is a “Prince” lip color shade to go with each of the princesses which I think is kind of cute.

Elsa Mythic Journey gloss
This gloss overall is a clear shimmery gloss. It will work well over most lip colors and with a lot of makeup looks.
The main problem I have with this gloss is the applicator. It’s basically a hard plastic stick. I’m not even sure if I would call it a brush because there doesn’t seem to be any movement to it. It’s still usable, just kind of inconvenient.
And that’s it for this round of Disney makeup. I’ve actually picked up some of the other Disney Colourpop products in the past and really enjoyed those as well!
Have you tried any of this makeup, or any of Colourpop’s other products?
