Hi all! Hope your week is going well so far. I wanted to share some new pieces I’ve added to my closet recently. I’m also sharing some current happenings from my life. Hope you enjoy getting a little more personal!

When I saw this sweater I knew I needed to pick it up. I love black and white items, stripes, and pastel pink and blue are kind of my favorite colors so it was perfect. And then I found the perfectly matched hair bow. I just love bows and girly accents. I don’t really make it a priority to shop at forever 21 anymore but this stuff was just too good.
The sweater is also super cozy and comfy, not scratchy at all. I would maybe recommend wearing a black long sleeved t underneath as the knit does have some holes in it and I could really feel the wind through the top. The striped sleeves are pretty oversized but I think it adds to the comfortable look of the outfit. To finish off the outfit I added my favorite black pants and Target loafers.

- Thanksgiving is only a couple days away! I’m looking forward to mashed potatoes and watching Friends Thanksgiving episodes. My absolute favorite is “The One with all the Thanksgivings”. If you’ve never seen it, go to Netflix right now and watch it!
- Black Friday is also almost here. Do you partake in the madness? It’s not really my thing but I do like to check out the online sales.
- I love movies but I rarely go to the theater. I’ve actually seen two movies recently, The Nutcracker and the Four Realms (not as good as I had hoped it would be) and Fantastic Beasts The Crimes of Grindelwald (pretty great). I’m also hoping to see Wreck it Ralph 2 soon because the original is one of my favorites.
- I’ve had a lot of time off work recently. With Veterans Day and a snow day last week, and a couple of days for Thanksgiving this week, I’ve been not working more than actually working lately. Definitely not complaining.
So what’s going on with you? Leave a comment and let me know.
And if you’re in the US, I hope you have a fabulous Thanksgiving full of pie.
